01. Are you guys legit?

02. How can I order?
You can simply place an order by:
Filling out the “Order Now” form.

03. What is the turnaround time for vector and embroidery files?
Orders placed under normal turnaround time is delivered before 9am the next morning USA EST, however rush orders are delivered in under 4-5 hours. For complex designs the turnaround time is communicated during order placement.
04. What is the procedure for placing orders for patches?
Patches can be ordered with a minimum quantity of 100 patches. Order for patches can be placed in the following manner.
The artwork along with the instructions are provided.
Quote for the patches is provided and once it is approved by customers,
We digitize the file and share the sample sewout (usually free of charge).
Once the sewout is approved by the customer, an invoice for upfront payment for patches is raised.
On receipt of payment the patches are put into production.
After payment the patches are delivered in around 8-10 days on the provided shipment address.
05. Can I give bulk order?
Yes, we accept bulk orders, with the fastest turnaround time. Additionally we also provide bulk discounts to eligible orders.
06. How will I know that my order has been placed?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email.
07. How can I pay for my orders?
Payment can be made via Paypal, Credit Card or even Paper Checks.
08. What is the payment policy?
For new customers an invoice for first order is raised on delivery of files so that the customer profile can be created in our database.
For active running customers invoice is raised on a monthly basis.
The net payment term is 7 days (i.e. the customer is expected to pay within 7 days from the receipt of invoice).
Payment for patches is made upfront.
09. Where are you located?
Our head office is located in Virginia, USA, with back offices in Malaysia, India and Bangladesh.
10. What are the charges for revisions?
Minor revisions are made free of cost.
11. What does free LC/Cap file mean?
It means, on request of customers, we provide free Cap files with LC files and vice versa for the same design.
12. Are you guys open on weekends?
We are closed on weekends.
